You've heard the news that the virtual world game that you've used to play is coming to an end due to lack of funding and lack of back-end support.

You couldn't help but feel a rush of urgency and sorrow that follows with the discontinuation of the game.

And you decided to hop on, after what seems like a decade.

While reading the description, there was one line has stuck with me though conception : Is there an online friend that you're grateful for?

Short answer: Yes.

Long Answer: While developing the concept for this not-game, the first thing that popped to me were the virtual worlds that I used to play a long time ago. These types of games were getting discontinued, due to lack of support, yet they held so many past memories, rooms, and worlds of me and my online buddies. 

Since then, my only regrets were not being able to capture any of the memories that were held during those times. This not-game is an outlet of that, and how our memories with our online friends can become lost media - the only thing that preserved was the appreciation for the online friendships I've cultivated.
